With the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we at Sunrise Glass want to let you know what our plans are to keep our customers, employees, their families, and our community safe. Safety is our number one priority.
At this time, Sunrise Glass is designated as an essential business. We remain open to serve your needs during this difficult situation. As a family-owned, local business, we have implemented several internal policies and procedures to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.
Policies & procedures in place:
We are now providing curbside service. Customers do not have to enter the building. Please call us upon arrival and we will walk you through the process from that point.
We want to provide the safest environment possible. We are no longer requiring signatures and will take payments over the phone with a debit or credit card while maintaining the highest security level.
When we speak with customers, we ask:
- Have you been out of the state in the past 14 days?
- Have you been in contact with anyone who has been out of state in the past 14 days?
To protect our technicians providing mobile services, we ask that no one is in the house while we are there. If that is not possible, we ask customers to stay in another room or a minimum of 10 feet away. Technicians will be wearing masks and gloves at all times. They may also have disposable “booties” over their feet.
For all auto glass replacement:
- We ask that you leave your keys in the ignition with the windows down when possible.
- Technicians will wipe down cars with bleach wipes as long as they are available.
- There will be a disposable steering wheel cover on the steering wheel.
These are just some things we are doing to be as safe as possible. We want to thank our customers for their continuous support during these times. Please be safe, everyone.
