RE: COVID-19 Announcement
With the current Coronavirus – COVID-19 situation, we at Sunrise Glass want to let you know what our plans are to keep our Customers, Employees, their Families, and our Community safe. Safety is our number one priority.
At this time, Sunrise Glass is designated as an essential business and remains open to serve your needs during this difficult situation. As a Family owned, local business, we have implemented several internal policies and procedures to minimize the risk of spreading the coronavirus.
Here are some of the policies and procedures we have put into place:
We are now providing curb side service:
This is so Customers do not have to enter the building. Please call us upon your arrival and we will walk you through the process from that point. We want to provide the safest enviornment possible. We are no longer requiring signatures and will take payments over the phone with a debit/credit card all while maintaining the highest level of security.
When we speak with Customers we are asking:
Have you been out of the state in the past 14 days?
Have you been in contact with anyone who has been out of the state in the past 14 days?
To protect our Technicians that are providing mobile services:
We ask that no one be in the house while we are there. If that is not possible, we ask for Customers to stay in another room and/or a minimum of 10 feet away.
Technicians will be wearing gloves at all times. They may also be wearing masks and disposable “booties” over their feet.
For all auto glass replacement:
We ask that you leave your keys in the in the ignition with the windows down when possible.
Technicians will wiping down cars with bleach wipes as long as they are available.
There will be a disposable steering wheel cover placed on the steering wheel.
These are just some of the things we are doing to be as safe as possible. We want to thank our Customers for their continuous support during these times. Please be safe everyone.
